Returns and guarantees

No returns on plants: As perishable goods, plants cannot be returned.
No refunds for missed deliveries: If a delivery is missed multiple times or a parcel is left outside at the customer’s request, a refund will not be issued.
Natural variations: The guarantee does not cover natural variations in color, shape, or markings.
Customer mishandling: The company is not responsible for damage resulting from customer mishandling or if a plant has been repotted or pruned by the customer.

Delivery and arrival

Unboxing: Gently unpack your plants immediately upon arrival.
Light: Place plants in bright, indirect sunlight for the first few days.
Acclimation: Allow plants time to adjust to their new environment, which can take a few days to a few weeks.
Watering: Check soil moisture before watering and water moderately if dry. Avoid overwatering, as saturated soil can stress the plant.
Repotting: Do not repot the plants immediately after receiving them.

Other important points

Agerestricted products: If purchasing items like blades, you may need to show proof of age upon delivery
Pet toxicity: Be aware that alocasia plants are toxic to pets if ingested.
European orders: Customers in Europe can add to an existing order if placed within the same month to avoid extra shipping fees, as long as they use the same email or include the order number in the notes.
Legal requirements: The company provides necessary UK export documentation, but customers are responsible for meeting their country’s import requirements.
